Terms of Service
1. Offer and scope
The selected package includes only the deliverables displayed on the landing page and confirmed in the written project order. Additional pages, custom features, integrations, copywriting, licences, paid advertising, backlink acquisition, hosting and domains are excluded unless added in writing.
2. Onboarding payment
The onboarding payment reserves capacity and begins project preparation. For build packages, the remaining project balance is due after design approval and before final deployment. The consultation package is paid in full at booking.
3. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business information, lawful content, brand assets, domain or hosting access, approvals and feedback within the requested timeframes. Client delays extend the delivery schedule.
4. Delivery target
The 10-working-day target begins after all required content, access and approvals are received and applies to the agreed scope. Complex commerce, custom integrations or delayed client responses may require a revised written schedule.
5. Revisions
Two reasonable revision rounds are included during the design and build review unless the project order states otherwise. New scope, structural changes or new features are estimated separately.
6. SEO and commercial outcomes
Codefreex guarantees completion of the agreed implementation. Codefreex does not guarantee a specific search position, indexing date, traffic level, lead volume, revenue, advertising result or platform approval. Search engines and third-party platforms independently control these outcomes.
7. Programmatic pages
The package page count is an implementation limit, not an indexing or ranking guarantee. Pages are generated and reviewed under the agreed campaign workflow. Search engines decide whether and when individual URLs are indexed.
8. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, payment services, search engines, advertising platforms and other third-party systems are subject to their own availability, policies and fees.
9. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final custom deliverables created specifically for the project, excluding Codefreex methods, reusable systems, licensed assets, third-party software and pre-existing intellectual property.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Codefreex’s aggregate liability relating to the purchased service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
